TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADMISSION

Please be aware of the following conditions, which you accept by purchasing an entry ticket:

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • By entering, you release Snakes Downunder Reptile Park and Zoo, along with its owners, agents, and employees, from any liability, claims, or demands for injuries, losses, or damages to your person, property, or any minor under your supervision at the park. This release covers all activities within the park.

  • These conditions also apply to your administrators and executors.

KOALA ENCOUNTERS

Guests are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session.

 

Participation Requirements

  • The Koala Encounter is open to individuals of all ages.

  • Participants must follow the instructions provided by our experienced keepers for their safety and the well-being of the koalas.

Koala Interaction

  • Participants will have the opportunity to interact with koalas under the supervision of our trained keepers.

  • Physical interaction, such as gently patting the koalas, is allowed under the guidance of the keepers.

  • Participants are not to pick up, provoke, or ignore the instructions of the keepers.

 

Photography

  • A complimentary photo will be provided to participants after the encounter.

  • Photography by participants is allowed only in designated areas and as permitted by the keepers.

  • The use of flash photography or any disruptive behavior during the encounter is strictly prohibited.

 

Pricing and Payments

  • The cost of the Koala Encounter is $25 per person, as specified.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

Liability

  • While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of participants, Snakes Downunder Reptile Park & Zoo will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the Koala Encounter.

 

Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the animals, staff, and other guests at all times.

  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the participant being asked to leave without a refund.

 

Agreement

  • By booking and participating in the Koala Encounter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

MEERKAT ENCOUNTERS

Guests are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session.

 

Participation Requirements

  • Unfortunately, access to the Meerkat enclosure is not easy so this Encounter is not suited to visitors confined to wheelchairs or with significant mobility issues.

  • The Meerkat Encounter is open to individuals aged over 4 years of age.

  • Participants must follow the instructions provided by our experienced keepers for their safety and the well-being of the Meerkats.

Meerkat Interaction

  • Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the meerkats under the supervision of our trained keepers.

  • You must sit down on the chair in the meerkat enclosure during your encounter

  • You must not pat, pick up,  provoke, or ignore the instructions of the keepers.

 

Photography

  • Photography by participants is allowed only in designated areas and as permitted by the keepers.

  • The use of flash photography or any disruptive behavior during the encounter is strictly prohibited.

 

Pricing and Payments

  • The cost of the Meerkat Encounter is $50 per person, as specified.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

Conditions

  • Snakes Downunder Reptile Park & Zoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the encounter due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative session.
